I have been living in Kuwait for 13 years and my salary is KD450/-. Am I eligible for a driver’s license?

Answer: You fulfill two of the three conditions for a driving license:

1. You should have been in Kuwait for at least two years at the time of application.

2. Must be getting a salary of at least KD400 a month and

3. Must be a university graduate.

You have not mentioned whether you are a university graduate or not. If you are a university graduate then you are eligible for a license and if you are not, then you can’t get one.
You have got to meet all the three conditions.
