Nasi Goreng

 Ingredients:
300 g rice;
2 onions;
2 eggs;
2 tomatoes;
1 small broccoli;
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce;
1 tsp sugar;
salt;
pepper;
lemon juice.

Method: In a pot bring water to boil and add rice. Cook for ten minutes and pour off water. Let rice cool down. While rice is cooking cut broccoli into 3 cm pieces and steam. Cut tomatoes into slices and chop onions. Heat oil in a wok or a pan and add onions and stir. Add the egg and stir. Then add the tomatoes and broccoli and stir again. Stir in rice and heat. Season it with lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper salt and sugar.
