MANAMA, March 14 (Reuters) - Spain's Fernando Alonso won the season-opening Bahrain Formula One Grand Prix for Ferrari on Sunday.

Brazilian team mate Felipe Massa was second with Britain's Lewis Hamilton third for McLaren. Returning seven times world champion Michael Schumacher, making a comeback at the age of 41, was sixth for Mercedes.
