Living with ‘divorced, wife Heroin sold with truffles

Director General of the Drugs Control General Department (DCGD) Brigadier General Sheikh Ahmad Al-Khalifa referred three expatriates-two Iranians and an Egyptian to the Public Prosecution Saturday after they were caught trading in drugs. He attached 250 grams of crude heroine with their file.
According to a security source, Al-Khalifa received a tip-off about two butchers who peddled in drugs, and directed detectives to trail the suspects. The officers managed to seal a deal to purchase five grams of heroin for KD 200, and they were arrested by securitymen during delivery of the drugs in Souk Mubarakiya where they worked.
The suspects admitted to trading in heroin, and named their accomplice as one Iranian man who sells truffles. The officers rushed to the truffles market in Al-Rai and arrested the man.
They found heroine on the table where he displayed truffles for sale.

Living with ‘divorced, wife: Police arrested an Iranian man who   divorced his Filipino wife six years ago without telling her, but continued to stay with her as her husband, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
Reportedly, the couple had an argument after the birth of their child and the wife was shocked when the man told he divorced her in 2004, just a year after their marriage.  The wife went to Jahra Court and managed to get a divorce certificate, which she then submitted to police. The Iranian was referred to authorities.

Pakistani commits suicide: A Pakistani man, identified as Khadem Hussein, committed suicide by hanging himself with a rope tied to ceiling in his room in Khaitan, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
His roommates said the man was facing financial and family problems in his home country, but said they did not expect him to commit suicide.

Fake police rob Asians
: Security operatives arrested three youths, among them a Kuwaiti, for impersonating police and robbing Asians, reports Al-Anba daily.
Following several complaints filed by victims at police station, security officers managed to nab the thieves in the act. They were identified by the victims in a line up, where they admitted to committing 12 different crimes.
