17-year-old girl ‘missing’ 4 Bedoun teens arrested for stealing cars

KUWAIT CITY, March 12:  A Kuwaiti, in his 30s, has filed a missing person report at Salhiya Police Station on his 17-year-old sister, who allegedly left their house two days ago due to a dispute between her and their parents.
According to the Kuwaiti, his sister stormed out of the house after a heated argument with their parents two days ago and she has not returned since then.
They called her mobile phone but it was switched off. They contacted her friends and some relatives to know her whereabouts but their efforts went in vain. 
He provided police with a detailed description of his sister to ease the search procedures.

4 Bedoun teens stealing cars: The Jahra police have arrested four bedoun teenagers for steeling cars from Al-Qairawan and impersonating police, reports Al-Dar daily.
According to a security source, the suspects were arrested at a late hour. The same source said a night duty patrol ordered the man behind the wheel to pull over and the other three occupants looked frightened.
When police asked the teen behind the wheel for his driving licence, he failed to produce the driver’s licence because he is underage.
During interrogation at the Qairawan Police Station the teens admitted to stealing cars and robbing people by posing as police.
Meanwhile, a Kuwaiti man in his 50s was attacked and robbed by two men in the parking lot of the Bayan Cooperative Society, reports Al-Shahed daily.
 In a statement to the Bayan police the man said he was standing next to his car and the men approached him and asked him if he had some money with him.
When he replied in the affirmative, one of them pulled out a knife and another held him from behind and stole his wallet containing KD 430.
Police are looking for the thieves.
