Chocolate nut balls cookie
Ingredients:
1 cup butter;
1/2 cup sugar;
1 3/4 cup flour;
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa;
2 tsp. vanilla;
2 tsp. instant coffee;
1/2 tsp. salt;
2 cup finely chopped pecans;
Powdered sugar
Method: Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour, cocoa, vanilla, coffee and salt. Mix well then fold in the pecans. Roll the dough in small balls, about 3/4 inches in diameter, and place them on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool, and then roll in powdered sugar.
