KUWAIT CITY, Feb 23: Upon instructions from the Minister of Interior all police personnel who were detained for disciplinary reasons will be released on the occasion of the National and Liberation Days, reports Al-Anba daily.
A statement in this regard has been issued by the undersecretary of the ministry, effective Wednesday.

‘This is my dad’s road’: Police have arrested a Kuwaiti man for drinking alcohol. The arrest came when he caused traffic chaos in Al-Qasr, Jahra, reports Arrouiah daily.
Acting on information police rushed to the spot and found the drunkard had parked his car in the middle of the road and refused to move.
Police seized from the man’s car a bottle of whisky and referred him to the authorities.
