: Police have arrested an Egyptian teacher who is believed to be in his 40s for kissing a minor Kuwaiti girl. The incident took place inside the Sharq Mall, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
A visitor to the mall saw the man kissing the girl and called police. It has been reported the man is the girl’s tutor. He has been referred to a police station.

RPGs found: Bomb disposal experts rushed to seashore off the Kuwait Towers when a Kuwaiti man, whose identity has not been disclosed, reported seeing a strange object, reports Al-Anba daily.
Without going into details the daily said several rocket propelled grenades (RPGs) have been recovered from the area.
In another unrelated incident, bomb disposal experts are said to have recovered a landmine from the seashore in Failaka.
The bombs and the mine are believed to be remnants of ordnances left behind the defeated Iraqi Army in 1991. 

Burglar sought: Police are looking for an unidentified burglar who allegedly broke into the home of a Kuwaiti man in Adan and escaped with a hunting gun and three cartons of cartridges in addition to KD 2,000 cash, reports Al-Anba daily.
Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprit.

Diver killed: An Egyptian diver in his 40s died while doing maintenance work on a huge gate in Al-Zour, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
However, the Al-Seyassah daily said the diver fell off a boat and drowned. The corpse was fished out of the waters by divers from the Coast Guard.

Hawkers caught: The Jahra police during a campaign have arrested 20 hawkers for violating residence and labor laws and referred them to the concerned authorities, reports Arrouiah daily.
