KUWAIT CITY, Jan 24: Police have arrested a female Asian cleaning company worker for killing her fetus and dumping it in a garbage bin at the Social Care Home in Jahra, reports Al-Rai daily.
After the fetus was found, police investigations led to the arrest of the mother. She is said to have admitted to the charge and said she became pregnant after she had sex with a co-worker who is working at the Social Care Home.
According to reports police have also arrested the lover and the couple has been referred to the authorities.
Meanwhile, the Al-Anba daily gave another version of the story. The daily said an Egyptian guard working at a complex housing domestic labor offices found the baby crying in a garbage bin and alerted the authorities. The daily added, police rescued the baby and arrested the mother.

Teen sodomized: Police have arrested four youths for kidnapping and sodomizing a teenager, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to the daily the boy was playing in the vicinity of his home in Al-Naeem, Jahra and the suspects bundled him in their car and drove him to a remote area. They raped him successively and returned him to the place from where they had picked him.
Police arrested the suspects one hour after the victim’s father had filed a complaint.

Kuwaiti woman mugged: Police are looking for an unidentified youth for robbing a Kuwaiti woman. The youth allegedly snatching a necklace from her neck and a cellphone from her hand and escaped, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. A police source said the victim was in her car and the suspect reportedly opened the door, grabbed the necklace and phone and escaped.
 

Rare pigeons, chickens stolen: Police are looking for a bedoun youth for stealing chickens and rare pigeons worth thousands of dinars from a livestock pen in Kabad belonging to a Kuwaiti man, reports Al-Shahed daily.
According to reports the suspect escaped with the loot in a hurry leaving behind his cell phone.
The reports also said police have identified the suspect.

Liquor traders nabbed: Police have arrested two Kuwaitis for trading in imported booze, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
According to reports the suspects were caught on suspicion in Salmiya while driving along a road because they looked disoriented.
Police have reportedly seized from the men 12 bottles of whisky and KD 1,200 believed to be proceeds of sale of booze.
