Yellow cake
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flower, sifted;
2 tsp baking powder;
3/4 teaspoon salt;
1/2 cup sugar;
1/3 cup vegetable shortening;
1/3 cup butter or margarine,
softened;
3/4 cup milk;
3 tablespoons vanilla extract;
3 large eggs.
Method:
Preheat over to 350 F. Grease and flour a baking pan. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients to flour mixture. Beat the mixture. Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 min.
