I want to apply for a driving license. My current salary is KD290/and my position is purchase officer. My Family is with me. I am a Bachelors of Commerce degree holder. Is it possible for me to get a driving license in Kuwait because I find it very difficult to go out with my family without a car.

Answer: No, you can’t get a driving license because you do not meet one of the three conditions for a driving license.: 1) You must have been in the country for at least two years at the time of application. 2) You must be a university degree holder and  3) you must be earning at least KD400 per month.
So as your salary is only KD290 you are not eligible for a driving license.
