Local liquor seized from 2 25 expensive fur coats stolen
KUWAIT CITY, Dec 23: Acting on information and armed with a search and arrest warrant, the Farwaniya police raided an apartment at an unidentified location and arrested an Asian man for manufacturing alcohol, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
According to the daily the police first arrested another Asian for selling booze. During interrogation he admitted to the charge and led police to his accomplice.
During a raid on the apartment, police have seized 50 barrels of raw material and large number of polyethylene bags and bottles filled with booze ready for sale.
The contraband and the manufacturers have been referred to the authorities.
