My friend (who is legally married) had gone on vacation for one month to her native country. When she returned to Kuwait she found out that she  was pregnant.

under the given circumstances can she deliver the baby in Kuwait without the physical presence of the father?

Besides the marriage certificate what are the other documents she needs to have on hand if she wants to deliver her baby in Kuwait.

Answer: Yes, she can deliver the baby in Kuwait and there should be no problems but she won’t be able to keep the child in the country and will have to take it out of kuwait within 60 days of the delivery with the permission of the Immigration Department. As for documents she doesn’t need anything except for the marriage certificate.
