KUWAIT CITY, Dec 18: A Kuwaiti citizen registered a case at the Sulaibikhat police station Thursday evening, accusing his compatriot of duping him of KD 4,500.
The citizen told security officials that the accused had lured the complainant into a business prospect, promising to open a garment shop together in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh. He took KD 4,500 from the complainant and then disappeared. The officials recorded details of the incident and investigations are on to find and arrest the swindler.
