KUWAIT CITY, Dec 18: One of the officials of a travels and tours office has filed a complaint with the Fahaheel Police Station accusing an Egyptian representative of the company of stealing KD 7,000 the value of 70 tickets, reports Al-Anba daily.
The complainant told police the representative collected the money from the buyers and did not show up.
When police tried to contact the man on his cell phone the message said the phone has been switched off. The man is also said to have left his place of residence.

5 prostitutes, pimp held: The Farwaniya police recently raided an apartment in Khaitan and arrested five Asian prostitutes and one pimp, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The daily quoting security sources said police acting on a tip-off got a warrant from the Public Prosecution and raided the apartment and caught the suspects in the act.
According to a police source all the arrested persons are violators of residence law. They have been referred to the area police station for legal action.

6 bottles of imported liquor seized: Police have arrested an unidentified Kuwaiti man for possessing six bottles of imported liquor, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
It has also been reported the man who was wanted by police in connection with a criminal offence was arrested for speeding on a coastal road in Abu Halifa.
The man has been referred to the concerned authorities.
