To get driving license in Kuwait, I just want to know whether an online degree is accepted and will the Kuwait government consider this degree as valid.

The instructions issued by the Kuwait government have not mentioned anything about online degrees or otherwise. All that is required is a degree from a recognised university and if this degree is recognised in your country and attested by your foreign ministry then the Driver’s Licencing Department in Kuwait will not find any fault with it.
