The Prime Minister killed two birds with one stone

The Prime Minister killed two birds with one stone. The first when he criticized Mohammad Al-Juwaihal for his statements and the second with his reaction to the method of arresting Al-Juwaihal.

There were reactions to the statement made by the Prime Minister particularly from those who don’t allow others to air their views freely because they are contrary to their own and use a demand to amend the Constitution to terrorize the people. This is done because the fact is the government usually dances to their tune.

However, the judiciary in Kuwait is just and does not fear the noisy atmosphere — internal or external. The judiciary fully understands the notion of crime and the best way to make the criminals pay for their actions.

It follows clear principles in this regard just like the other ‘free’ countries, which affirm that suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Therefore, it is not wise to pick up a person from the roadside and start looking for proof to indict him.
