The process of rescheduling debts is good for both, the banks and the debtors
It will be good if Kuwaiti banks realize the opportunity they missed to absorb the effects of the global economic crisis by rescheduling the debts of joint stock companies. However, the detail to remember is that flexibility while rescheduling debts will make it easier for banks to recover their dues through fees, instead of entering into unnecessary disputes that harm the banks more than the debtors.
However, time can overcome debt issues with ease. In addition, banks are directly affected by the situation of the debtors, whether positively or otherwise. Some debtors who are unable to overcome the crisis now, will do so once their financial situation eases. Therefore, the process of rescheduling debts is good for both, the banks and the debtors.
Forgive us!
